Greubel Forsey - Balancier S2

Following the GMT Sport and Balancier S models, Greubel Forsey continues to develop its sporty Balancier S2, which inherits the sporty styling of its predecessor while introducing new design elements and finishes.

The titanium case measures 46.50mm x 15.70mm, has alternating polished and ruled surfaces, and is water resistant to 10 ATM (approximately 100 meters/330 feet).

The charcoal gray or light gray dial (two versions will be produced) protected by a curved synthetic sapphire crystal with a hand-brushed matte finish runs across the balance bridge between 5 and 9 o'clock.

Instead of the Greubel Forsey key values found in the Balancier S models, the S2 features a striking brushed titanium bezel and polished sides.

The large balance wheel has a diameter of 12.6 mm and ensures the timing performance of 21,600 vibrations per hour (3 Hz).

The 30° inclination with respect to the horizontal plane of the movement helps to limit timekeeping errors due to the influence of gravity on the regulating mechanisms (balance, hairspring and escapement) in stable positions.

Composed of 308 components, the movement features two coaxial barrels mounted in series and has a 72-hour chronograph power reserve displayed on a sector at 2 o'clock.

The embossed rubber strap secures to the wrist with a titanium folding clasp. 3-row titanium bracelet with folding clasp with integrated micro-adjustment available on request.
